Banty or Full size Broody w/ Chicks??

We just aquired an broody w/ chicks that got left behind on a forclosurer. I can't really take pictures of the chicks as she keeps sitten' on them. But some have 4 toes and they are all feather footed. The chicks are bantam sized, and the roo's that were there are:

Hamburg
Black Frizzel
Buff Cochin

Any idea how we can tell the chicks?

What is the broody?
She is clean legged, but small. We think she is a small standard or a Banty?

If the babies are feather-footed, I'd guess the Buff Cochin is the daddy.

Can you get a better pic of her? Also I wanted to say that the chicks could be from the black frizzle, most black frizzles are frizzle cochins.
