Ok I ended up with 2 roosters... One is a mut we got from a friend who is now getting pretty big. And the other is a banty cochin (my fav!!) He is younger than the other guy 14wks vs 10wks (banty) Neither one of them has crowed that I have heard. But now the older standard is going after my banty. No one has gotten hurt yet but I am concerned that the banty might get hurt. So far he isn't fighting back just running. Should I be concerned? or will they work it out? I am worried it will only get worse as they get older. I am not willing to get rid of my banty but I could find a home for the other guy. Aslo should I be concerned about having a banty roo with a bunch of standard hens? I am worried if they go broody what we might end up with!

In my experience over 40+ years it's usually the bantie roosters that rule the roost, but every rule has an exception. The banties are smaller thus more agile and have more stamina and usually wear the standard breeds out and they become submissive to the banties.
It sounds like your roosters were raised together and in that situation they usually live peacefully once a subordinate rooster is determined. It's when you try to introduce adult roosters into the same flock that all h.e. double hockey sticks breaks out.
