Bare Back Hens....help!

I, personally, have not seen these specific saddles that are for sale on that site but know some are made of waterproof material on the outer side.

Now I've got one hen that's one of the BCM girls and her head is bare from the roo pulling the feathers out....wonder if they sell chicken hats anywhere?

She's the only one he does this to, and I saw him doing it so I know it's not mites or anything. He just holds her head feathers as he does his thing. Maybe because she's a bit taller? Never had this problem with any of my other hens!
