I have 4 Roo’s & 9 Hens who have been raised together & have all managed well in a big coop. The hens have just began laying about a month ago. It is mid January here in NC and we’ve had cold weather as of late.

Recently I have noticed random bare bottoms on my hens and a Roo as well. I haven’t seen them pecking each other or have noticed a lot more feathers than normal. What could cause this and how do I fix it? Thanks!

I agree about the feather picking.
I also think your ratio of hens to roosters isn't good. I would rehome three of the boys.
