Ever since they lost their fuzz they had looked like this. They have loose stools, but not all the time.

If they aren't roosting, the lice could be a good possibility being that they are laying in the straw. Check under their neck, around their vent, and under their wings. A good time to check is at night with a headlamp on. It is less stress for everyone.
