I bought 6 hens 2 weeks ago from the same place. Not sure of their ages but they do differ in size somewhat. Some were missing a few feathers in back end but one looks entirely bald.
She is eating fine and has plenty of energy. None of these chickens are laying yet. I thought I was going to buy laying hens but since they were sold out I bought these younger ones. I believe they are about 4 months old.
I had bought layer feed thinking that's what I was going to get. Yesterday I bought the grower/finisher feed to give them instead.
Any ideas what could be going on? They don't seem to pick on her or anything. She is the friendliest of all the hens.
