Bareback and red Hen

I have one rooster and three hens, one of the hens has a bare back and it's a little red. I had a chicken saddle on it but took it off recently because feathers seemed to be growing back and it's hot out. Now the bare skin is red from he picking at it. Is there anything I can put on it to discourage her and others to pick at it?
