Since you ask, I figure you expect Barnie eggs to be very dark. Barnevelder eggs are a work in progress for us Barnie breeders. I have submitted a photo I took back in January. Egg on the left is a Barnie egg and the one on the right is a Welsummer egg.

Is there anything you would like to trade for? I have some nice giant cochins and SQ BTWJ

The only breed I am looking for now or even need is Langshans. With over 200 birds and 17 different breeds, I am not looking for anything else.
I do love my large Cochins but have them only as broody hens and have more than enough right now.
