So I got a bunch on eggs from my parents neighbors and incubated the eggs, She has a mix of 10 or so breeds just running around.
So you guys have any Idea what im working with here?

i believe you are working with some kind of duck.....
but no barred rocks....at least mine never showed that little definition in the barring

They are probably black sex links. If so, the barred ones are the males and the black ones female. Females will probably get some rusty colored hackles start to come in. This is a common product of a mixed flock. But you know what? They will lay a lot of eggs!!

The barred ones could be pure barred rock, so they could still end up being female...

What shade of brown were the eggs?

Light brown to dark browns?

Its is a likely possibility that the 'barred' ones are crosses that only received one copy of the barring gene. I have some BRxBlue Rocks that look about the same as those posted here. Going to be hard to determine what exactly they are mixed with though.
