Barred cockerel?

So it looks like 2 of our BR turned out to be Roo's.. what's your opinion?
Funny that they get along with the white EE roo

They appear to be roosters but based on leg colour i think that they’re cuckoo marans.

That throws everything off a little lol. We had 10 hens for our one roo , now it looks like 8.. I wonder why the EE doesn't mind them around his girls
