Barred EE and Black Orpington Chicks (PICS)

Tried and tried, but they think they must run from the "Kodak Monster". The light isn't great today and the flash washes the color out, but here they are, by request. These are 4 weeks old and with my awesome broody hen, Glenda. You can see lots of barring/lacing-like markings on the shoulder area of one of the blue chicks in particular. The black EE seems to not have a beard, or it won't have much of one, anyway.
And is there any doubt at all that the black Orp is a cockerel...no more feathers than that at four weeks old?

If he is indeed a cockerel, he'll be for sale soon, if anyone is interested in a son of Suede.
