Barred Muscovy babies

My Muscovies hatch about 30 eggs every 3 or 4 months (so far). I always get a wide variety of colors. Every clutch I have gotten has had barred (black&white and chocolate&white), chocolates, pieds, and black. We always sell the babies and the barred and chocolates are always the first to go. Should I be selling them for more? Does anyone else in here sale Muscovy ducklings? How do you do your pricing as far as the different colors? Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Not true in Muscovies, I know chocolate to chocolate = 100% chocolate. Barred to barred might also = 100% barred.

Barred to barred does indeed breed true All offspring would be barred.

Chocolate is fun in muscovies because it's sex linked. So every female that gets just one copy expresses it. Males have to get two copies, because it's recessive. You probably knew that, lol. And of course two chocolates together produces only chocolate ducklings, like you said.

It breeds true in mallard derived ducks, too It's recessive, so for instance a chocolate Call bred to another chocolate Call (I breed these) would yield all chocolate ducklings.
