Barred Plymouth Rock, pullet or roo?

This one is 6 weeks old, and I'd like to know what it is!

She/he is VERY sweet! And so pretty!

I thought it might be because of that comb! I don't know if I can keep it if it's a rooster. Shame too, it's so pretty, and my son loves Rexy (probably Rex). He's very sweet and nice, does that always change once they hit sexual maturity? We're newbies to chickens! Personally, I'd prefer to keep a rooster to help watch out for the hens, but the rules around here don't allow that.

Here's a Picture of our Barred Rock 4 week old, we were told by TSC that she was a Pullet, but we think she may be a he?! So our Roxy may be a Rocky
