Definitely pretty young for such red combs then!! When I had a bunch of cockerels recently they were similar though. By like 3 weeks they all had very red combs like that and sure enough turned out to be boys. One was a BR. So I’d say they are. My Delaware pullet didn’t get a red comb or so large until much later.
