Hi guys, I have 3 barred Plymouth breed and am desperate to know if I have cockerels or pullets. They are 4 weeks old. please help!

The first two have white feathers with black barring. That usually means cockerel. Third is a pullet due to it being white bars on black.

My thought process exactly! Looking at pics 1 & 2, I was like hmm...more white/lighter coloring than my girls. Looked at #3 and saw all 7 of my BR hens, lol! Had read up on it when I got my girls, and these pics finally showed me the color pattern difference I had “learned” about in my “research”, haha!
Hope you like/need/want roosters, cause looks like you’ve got 2 of them. On a brighter note...if they’re the “rule of the breed” (not the exception) then with love & attention, they should be incredibly sweet, human owner loving boys!

I was pretty sure it was a rule but justincase- I had this happen to a friend. Her ffa gave her two chicks that they’d sexed as pullets and she showed me them at that age and I was like....those are both roosters. She didn’t believe me until they started crowing.
Sorry about the bad luck OP. They’ll be very pretty boys.
