Not sure on gender. The one without the red comb looks to be a pullet, but I have people saying it could be a roo? šŸ˜…

The one with the large red comb is male and the other looks female. At least that's my guess.
 
:welcome A free standing profile picture is best for gender ID. I have never seen an 11 week old pullet with a comb that large, but the pictures do not definitively indicate 'cockerel to me.

The pattern on yours is a bit different but maybe that’s a hatchery quality type thing. This is my pair of 11 week old barred rocks from Hoovers. One has had a big comb since I brought her home and I was sure she would be a cockerel, but I’m positive she’s a pullet now. I would say yours probably is a pullet too!
