Barred Rock 6 Week Old - Hen or Rooster?

Really can't tell, he/she's different then the rest of the chicks.

Comb says cockerel. Barring isn’t typical or a male BR however. Is it possible he’s a cuckoo Marans? The leg colour does match a CM.

We were very specific when buying, but obviously you can't always tell first born chicks. I think I'll just leave him to grow up before I do something. Thank you.
