Barred Rock Breeding Group

I've got a rather large free-range flock, close to 200. I've gotten many requests for specific breed chicks so I'm starting to set up breeding pens.

I've put the Barred Rock rooster in a 12 x 10 pen with 4 Barred Rock hens. My question is this, how long do I need to pull eggs before I can be sure to only get fertilized eggs from this rooster? I'm guessing two weeks, but want to make sure before I start setting any to hatch.

A hen can have fertilized eggs for three to four weeks after mating. I would give them a month to be safe, then take the hatching eggs.
