Barred Rock Charlatans

So about 4 weeks ago I bought some barred rock chicks and some sapphire gems from Cal Ranch. Two of my barred rock hens are a bit different. They don't have the same "speckles" in their feathers, they have black beaks and the skin around their eyes is dark as well. White patches under their necks and bellies. Also, these two have feathered feet. Any ideas?

Not barred rocks - perhaps some sort of Marans?

Most likely they are Marans, but maybe some type of Marans layer hybrid.
