Barred rock chick with red face

I have two barred rock chicks that are 8 weeks old that are starting to get very red in the face. One much worse than other. Is this normal for the breed? My other chicks are not red in the face. I am new to chickens so a little freaked out by it but it may be normal for them? Thanks

That looks like a pullet. I'm thinking maybe she was warm, or excited, causing an increase in blood flow?
