Barred Rock Chicken all white with strange feather growth

Hi there,

I posted in here about a year and a half ago to see if anyone knew what could potentially be wrong with one of my checks. Her feathers were growing in very different than the rest of her sisters, she is now over a year and a half old and looks nothing like the rest. She is about half the size of our other chickens and is missing feathers on almost her entire right wing and underneath. I have also just noticed her eyes have some liquid around them, she is producing a lot of stringy saliva and just all around struggles. She can hold her own with her sisters but I’m still so curious to see if anyone has ever seen anything like this. I have also just noticed that she has started within the last two days or so to be shaking. She’s eating okay and drinking water. I have emailed the hatchery where we got her and gotten no response. Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

It’s so interesting because when we got them all she looked exactly the same. She only started to look different when their feathers started to come in and hers came in looking like this.

Oh my. Poor girl, she doesn't look good. Almost looks like burns.
I have no idea what's wrong with her except that it could be genetic. You say she acts ok? I'd honestly put her down, there must be something wrong to cause this and it can't be comfortable.
which hatchery did you get her from?

Other than potentially a genetic issue, she is definitely being bullied and her feathers are being picked. I would separate her from the flock either by herself or with a chicken that is proven not to bully her.

her face looks bad i would think its a genetic defect maybe try calling the hatchery

I've heard scattered things on them, but I'm not sure the hatchery can/will do anything.
