Such great progress! It sounds like he has less pain now, his attention cheerfully turned to charming Ginger!
Zane's humans have been great guardian angels.

Glad to read that there is even more improvement with Zane! What a boy! If I could only be so lucky to have a cockerel like him in my flock... If only.

The boy comes from wonderful stock, hatchery stock but nonetheless, tough well-tempered stock. Hawkeye and Lexie were a great combination. I sure miss Hawk, but Zane does him proud.

I only hope Dutch and Mace will be as sweet at his age as he is.
