Barred rock cockerels? But I bought girls!

I purchased 2 barred rock chicks that are now 5 weeks old. I was told they were both pullets but for sure one is a cockerel and now I’m wondering if they both are
Pictured first is the one in question, and the last picture the one in question is in front. The tail feathers on it are much shorter than the other (I’m sure the other is a cockerel)... but a pullet wouldn’t have a comb like this would it?

I'm not gonna venture an opinion from those pics but check their legs.
If they're bright yellow they're a male.
Yellow with a black wash on the front they're female.

The fist pic just shows my daughters hands holding chick with a leg dangling.. The look yellow but do have some black on them. Does that mean this wouldn't be a male? Everyone else guesses male so I'm just confused. I'm new and it's so hard tell
