Barred Rock Gender?

Hi! I purchased several chicks from Tractor Supply a couple of weeks ago. I’m guessing that they are approximately 4 weeks old now. I thought for sure this was a female because of the darker feathers and feet, but it is already showing red wattles. Is it possible that it is a female, or does this definitely indicate that it is a male?
