My white rooster and my barred rock hen had a chick. It is beige in color with what looks like faint barring coming in on the wings. If dad wasn’t white, my understanding is the chick having barring would mean it’s a little roo. BUT with dad being white am I right in thinking depending on what color is covered by the white this chick could have a chance of being a pullet? (The chick on the right, the one on the left is same dad but my splash Easter egger hen)
