I do give her grit as well. Neglected to add that

She's not pooping? Is her vent swollen or packed up with poop?
I would work on getting her hydrated the best you can, then see if she will eat a little for you.
Check her crop and tell us if it's full, empty, soft/hard, airy, fluid fill, doughy, sour smelling etc.
Re-check it first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks - it should be empty then.
Does she have chick grit available? Diet could be your problem. Growing chicks need to be eating chick starter. Veggies/fruit are fine treats but their main source of nutrition should be starter unless they free range most of the time. Eliminate the cheese.
You mention her eating the bigger chicken feed, I assume that's layer feed? How much layer feed do you think she eats daily and for how long?
Sometimes it's better to feed an all flock/flock raiser feed if you have different age groups. This provides balanced nutrition, plenty of protein for all ages and has less calcium (excess calcium can damage chick's kidneys).
Was her crop empty this morning before she had anything to eat/drink?I do give them chick grit along with Manna Pro Chick Starter and Dumor Grower Finisher. That is their primary feed along with three to four days of "treats" We checked her vent and there does not appear to be a blockage. when i wiped it with gauze it had some normal colored poop that came off. We also tried to clear her crop as it did feel a bit firm but she just vomited water. Surprisingly, she made it through the night. not sure what to do at this point. Going to try the vitamins today. Did not have them available last night> I greatly appreciate all the input!
I'm so sorry to hear about StellaWe lost Stella this afternoon. No other pullets or chickens seem to be exhibiting any symptoms. How do i go about testing her to see what was wrong? I am worried sick about the rest of the hens.
Thank you, we live in Texas. My husband put her on ice last night and I think he is trying to work out sending her to have her tested. Any info or tips on that would be wonderful. I appreciate your help. I guess the first loss is the hardest. Really broke my heart...I'm so sorry to hear about Stella
Double bag the body and refrigerate it. If you will tell me what state you are in, I'll be glad to look up your lab for you.
