Barred Rock Hen or Rooster

My little chick is 8 9 weeks old. I'm guessing a he. Very feisty and comb is getting larger and redder. I have an adult hen BR and was trying to compare. Any guesses? Thanks.The adult hen's name is Mrs Rock and this little one we call Baby Rock.

It is a little rooster...a pullet at that age would not have much of a comb and it would certainly not be getting red what so ever...also barred rock roosters and a double barring gene that causes them to look lighter than the hens...and he looks lighter.
