Barred Rock Hen Sudden Death

The electrolytes and vinegar are diluted. If I don't add them the water in their bucket turns green with algae. She was happy and active, zero signs. Sudden surprise death. Same happened to her barred rock mate last year.

This same thing just happened to me, my barred rock was not quite 3 years old...when I went to lock them up in their coop last night my barred rock was dead, by herself & all my others were up on their roost. This hen was absolutely fine, robust & energetic. This death was sudden & unexpected, she was laying 3-5 eggs a week since she started laying. I don't have a clue what happened, all the rest of my chickens seem fine.
