Hi! I weighed my biggest Barrred Rock hen this morning (empty crop / before breakfast) and she only weighed 7 lbs 2 oz --- but she is huge. The book says 7 lbs 8 oz, so she is small according to the SOP?
I'm curious who has BR hens that weigh 7 1/2 lbs (I should have reweighed that girl after breakfast... after breakfast, she'd weigh a 1/4 lb more at least).
