Barred Rock-Male or Female?

3 1/2 weeks old, hoping "Dottie" is female! Pronounced comb already but I've read barred rocks develop their combs earlier than most breeds.

Still pretty early but the wattles are developing along with the comb so I'd say male.

It is a cockerel almost 100%
Although the black wash on its shanks and the total dark color, the comb and the wattles is showting male.

I won't say cockerel or pullet (hoping it's a pullet though! ) Male Barred rocks have lighter plumage than females, so watch that too. Best wishes! Keep us posted!

I think it's a black sexlink cockerel, with the uneven barring and black wash on the legs. Those legs don't look yellow to me either though it could be my monitor.
