Barred Rock Roo or hen?

Hi there! We have 5 barred rock chickens. We thought they were all hens but, our Charlotte appears lighter than the rest. Her crown is more pronounced and her feet are a bit lighter. They are 3 months old. I have added a photo for reference. This is our first flock. Let me know what you think! Is Charlotte a Rooster?

You could rehome him Telling everything about his behavior, or cull him. I’ve never had a problem with Roos, so good luck
