wow this is interesting... I bought day olds which were supposed to be australorp (they are now 16.5 weeks old)... we were hving issues on their colouring and barred feathers... they are 16 week old and look exactly like this one black barring and one charcole grey barring (hen and roo)... I wonder if the breeder didn't make another mistake!!

I say both Pullets, I see black line down both of their legs, and the combs and wattles are very small.
At that age if they was roos they would be bigger I believe.
I am still learning about BR's i love the breed they are so sweet...
