(Of course shes not wheezing when I'm filming her....)

Hey everyone! I was outside today with my chickens and noticed that one of my barred rocks is wheezing. She has a runny nose, and seems to be more "tired" than the others. Our chickens have usually been extremely healthy so this is a new one for me... I can pickup Tylan to treat my entire flock if needed. Or should I get a broad spectrum antibiotic? If so, where can I get one without a vet??

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
Barred Rock - Age 3 Years? - Normal Weight.
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Normal Behavior. Maybe a little more lethargic. She laid down next to the barn while all the others were walking about.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
I have been working quite a bit, so i just NOTICED today.
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
Not that I can see or hear. The Barred Rock in question along with a few other chickens do seem to have more "messy" vents though.
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No Trauma seen/found.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
The coop is dirty and needs to be cleaned well.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
She has been drinking water normally and eating normally. I feed Nutrena NatureWise All Flock to my birds - I have 1 turkey and 1 guinea hen that live with them.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
I haven't been able to spot her particular poop,.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
None. Not sure what to administer.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
My wife and I don't really have means of quarantining...We have farm stores and a tractor supply relatively close to pickup over the counter meds. Unfortunately any avian or livestock vet is over an hour away and is just not do-able as we have a baby.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
Straw - needs cleaned.
