Barred Rock?

Hello I was told this lil guy/gal (Rocker) was a Barred rock but (s)he has slate colored feet not yellow. Is (s)he still a barred rock? Also is this a pullet or cockerel? I was thinking cockerel but not so sure now.

How dark slate? Could I get a picture of the legs?

For sexing, it looks like a pullet from the pic, especially if it's a barred rock.

Looks like either a poor quality Barred Rock or a mix. Most likely a mix.
Again, im going to go with pullet.

Also, is that a little bitty chick tucked in your shirt on the last pic?

EDIT: It also might be a poor quality Cuckoo Maran as well, though I am pretty sure their legs are more of a pinkish grey

Yes that is a little chick. It's a sad story with a happy ending.

A few days ago my son noticed one of our chicks (Coffee) was missing. I look all over the house for it. Under their brooder behind the freezer anywhere i could think of. I finally decided one of our dogs must have found it and ate it. :'(
I then went out to our coop, which is a good 50 yards from our house, and was tending to the chickens then decided to sit and watch them. When to my surprise I noticed my 2 month old chicks leading Coffee to the fresh water. I think they must have saved it. Coffee was hiding under Spiderman's wing. I was so amazed to find it, much less find it alive. I'm wanting to change its name but not sure what to call it. Miracle? Lucky? Lol but ya thats my story.
Oh and btw the underside of Rocker's feet are yellow and they used to be pink as a chick.
