Barred vs Partridge

Is there a personality difference in Barred Rock vs Partridge Rock chickens. Just curious because I have 3 PRs that really avoid me, but I've always wanted some BRs. Will the BRs be the same?

My BRs are some of my friendliest hens and the roos have always been laid back. I've never had the PR's.

Obviously, there are individual differences in birds, but I've rarely, rarely had a Barred Rock that wasn't a complete underfoot, curious, friendly lovebug. Even the boys are great. They're my favorite breed. I've never had the Partridge Rocks myself.
I've often wondered why there should be any difference in different colors of the same breed, but there does seem to be. My Buff Orps were very friendly as chicks, but the Blue Orps, for the most part, take extra time to tame them down at first. Don't know why that is, but I've seen it over and over.
