Are Sapphire Gems just blue Barred Rock? What's the difference?

I bought some dominant blue d 107, Blue Gems, for the reported egg laying ability and find out they are basically blue Barred Rocks. If I'd wanted a Barred Rock I would have bought some of those. Is this breed heat tolerant? What is your experience?

Blue Barred Rocks are a Egg Laying Hybrid not a breed. Yes, Sapphire Gems are the something.

Barred Rock Hen over Blue Andalusian Rooster makes these if I remember correctly.

I had them. They were very heat tolerant. Comparable to Andalusians and Midnight Majesty Marans.
