barred with silkies

do you think that barred rock hens that are almost laying will befriend 3 silkies that are off the heat lamp?

Also if i let the barred rocks out of their pen for the day,will they come back?

Probably too big an age difference. How long have they been in their pen? If that has been home for at least a week, they will probably go back to their regular sleeping spot as it gets dark.
