My flock of BA's are finially hitting their stride. Got them back in Sept 12. I have 14 pullets. Friday had 12 eggs, Sat. had 12 eggs, yesterday had 13 eggs. Went to let them out this morning and have 5 so far. Before that was getting 5 - 10 eggs per day.

Isn't that just so satisfying? I have 3 hens that I got grown, no idea of age, and expect 3 eggs a day. Then I laugh at myself because I know that's not completely realistic for my crew. But when it does happen....ahhhh the joy of it all.

I think one of mine is a BA and she is a sweet hen. Really my favorite but don't tell the others that I call the Peck Peck Duo.

    Congrats on your egg bonanza!
