For the last several months I've been trying to deal with lice. In January we were given two hens and one was old and has lice (we discovered the second part later) me being a chicken newbie put them in with our flock without thinking. Today I tried bathing the chickens, the old one has been in severe shock for the last several hours. She just has been laying on the ground with her eyes closed. She will only open them if I turn her upside down but thats only briefly then she shuts them again.
Any ideas how to get her out of it?

When you bathe them you need to dry them well. I dont' know why bathing one would put it in shock though. I would suspect another issue...maybe with the bugs. You can dust them with seven garden dust...the 5 or 7 percent and it will kill them bugs. No need for a bath. For the one stressed...bring her inside and wrap her in a towel. Feed her some soft scrambled egg.Are you sure she is not sun drying?

She was old and sickly and covered in lice, I was just trying to help with the lice. She passed away sometime during the night. She was in such shock it seemed like she was unconsious. I never really grew attached to her, she was always just wheezing and never really had any personality. I tried to look and see what she had, but could never really find anything. I tried drying off all the hens with a towel after their bath as best I could, but it was 98 degrees and if it were cold I would have dried them more.
Thanks for your help! I will probaly be getting some Sevin or frontline soon.

Lice and mites will do that to a chicken. You will need to get the medicine and probably should treat the others. It is unusual for one to have them and not the others. You may also consider checking for worms.
