Binky's one of my friends and I know her and her family.

We're in the same homeschool group. No, she's not homeschooling her grandsons. They're all 4 hers (the 2 graduated and the 2 still in school). They're an awesome family.

Keltara, you should have posted the picture with your daughter in it for the contest - I eagerly followed your earlier thread, and hadn't seen that one. It is ADORABLE!

Keltara! The floating chickens pictures are great!! I had no idea they could do that XD We've never had any water deep enough to find out =P Usually our chooks just tromple through their water bowls in summer ^_^ So when summer does rock around, i'll have to try this out with our girls!

I wish I found this thread sooner, I had some great dust bath pictures!

Keltara, I loved your bathing beauty orpington's so much I made a couple of prints to show the ladies on the senior bus. That cheered all of them, I'm was happily surprised by their interest. Some even recited stories about chickens they had grown up with. Of course the photo lady at Walgreen's was hysterical, at first she thought it was photo shopped. I assured her it wasn't.

I just love the blissful look on their faces. Trust is the major issue when trying to get animals to do things that aren't second nature to them. I bet you could even get me to swim.
