Seriously, people tend to obsess too much about incubation & this obsession leads to most problems. Chances are the temp rising to 107 briefly wouldn't have done any harm. Opening the incubator this early in the incubation period along with handling & shaking the eggs is much more likely to be the cause of any problem. If you shook them hard enough to feel movement you probably scrambled them.
