   I candled eggs last night on day 8 and chicks were moving and looking good. Today I got to bator and temp is 110 degrees. Chicks not moving. I know something happened and I blew it but my question is that I put new eggs in on Wed. are they gone too?

   Once you go over 102 for more than an hour, ......they are well done.
   
   Are you sure the thermometor is working?
   
   We have one that says 101 and another that says 99.4 so I figure I'm in the ballpark.
