Here is what mine says about changing the parameters for humidity alarm (incase you lost yours)

1ress and hold "set" button for 3 seconds.
2ress "+" or "-" button to select "AS".
3ress "Set" button once.
4ress "+" or "-" button to adjust the humidity alarm parameter.
5ress "Set" button to confirm.

Hm, you're right about the fan thing... It looks like it's working.

Start by calibrating your thermometers first.
I incubate in a very cold house. I put the incubator on a towel. Cover it with a box then place a towel over the box.

You were right. I changed the calibration, told the incubator that it was like 4 degrees cooler than what it said, and holy hell I it got up to 100 and 102. Bought a third thermometer to find out which one is actually the most accurate, plus the new one can sit outside so I don't have to open it or rely on only the one on the incubator. But yeah, now I can get it hot enough. This 'bator so far seems to work well.
