Ok 1st bator, first hatch. I hve read to put eggs in small end down. I forgot. I was just so EGGcited that I just put them in. They have only been in for 24 hours. Should I take them out and fix the ones that need to be fixed? I know I can do it rather quickly.

Hi farcusgirl ! Yes, you can change them, it won't hurt anything! DD and I have had some really round eggs before, and have had to candle to find the air cell before setting them. Good luck with your eggies! Good hatching vibes your way...

S I went and checked them. I only put 1 in the wrong way, and then I realized my auto turner was snagged on something and not auto turning. That could have sucked. But its working now

Good catch! I had (took apart) and cleaned DD's turner ONCE, and I had put the main arm that turns all the racks down too low and the turner REALLY turned the eggs! They fell OUT! Lol Now we just leave it together to clean. I swear there is a lesson learned with every egg set he-he!
