Jerry faintly heard his name. He tried as quickly as he could to get up and walk hoping it was help coming to get him. He walked slowly, limping and following the sound of the voice that was calling to him. "I'm....here..." He tried to yell but failed.
 
Just then a bat came flying down and landed on a tree next to jean. "Whoah...." She breathed to herself. "Great, the one thing your allergic to, you fine." She whispered to herself. Slowly she backed away and ran. She ran for quite a while before stopping and looking back. Gone. Hadn't followed her at all. She breathed heavily as she leaned against a tree to catch her breath.
 
Jean wanted to make sure that the bat hadnt followed her so she started running again once she caught her breath. But after a few minutes of running, she ran into something. She screamed as she looked in the face of a bleeding human being with one eye. She nearly tripped trying to back away in fright.
 
Jerry saw a figure of woman as he got closer. He wanted to signal her, but it was too late and she had run away as if she saw something. Jerry went to another tree next to him so it could support his wounded body. He was so close to finding help... He lightly hit the tree in anger.
 
Ender followed the smell of blood that trailed along the dirty ground. It was quick to find him since he was wounded. Hopefully, it wouldn't be too late before he turned into a monster like her.
 
Ender stopped as she saw a woman run next to him. This forest was like a maze. There were many ways to find things, and many ways to get lost. Ender walked inside the tree next to her and found herself in the tree that Jerry used for support.
