Ramus stepped on several twigs flinching in pain as some poked hard on his foot. "Annoying twigs but I've got to say these do make great nest starters."

Ria shrugged, "yeah I guess."

Ramus stopped short of a creek and just stood there and listened

Ria listened to the quiet waters

"Do you hear that?" Ramus asked.

Ria shook her head

"I don't think we're alone here." Ramus replied dreadfully. "We should probably try to get out of it's path."

Ria shrugged, confused, she followed him

After twenty minutes of hiking in one direction following the creek Ramus wore out "Great, I think it's following us. Let's go back into the trees real quick and make our way back."

Ria nodded and flew to a tree and giggled
