I haven't tried elk, but venison and hog make up a good 60% of the meat that I eat.
Any meat is good in sausage, especially gator.

But of course. I used to stuff and roast it until I found out how good it is pickled.

Pizzas can contain far more versatile ingredients than tacos, and in fact can contain all the same ingredients as a taco. Therefore, pizzas are as good or better than tacos.

I ate a camel sausage once.
Was a weird flavour but quite tasty.
