Bawld chickens

Hi I'm new on here can anyone give me some advice all my standard chickens are either almost totally bawld or they are patches I have tried demitrious powder and sand baths also some meds from a vet I am now trying apple cider vinegar has anyone got any ideas I'm in the UK

Glad you could join us here! From what you have described and given the time of year I would say your chickens are molting. Hello there, and welcome to Backyard Chickens! I think it could be molting, especially given the time of year, but do you have roosters? An overzealous rooster can also do a number on those poor hens. I hope you enjoy BYC as much as I have!
 
Sounds like molt, feeding some extra protein will help regrow their feathers and keep up their stamina. Molting can be very hard for some individuals.
