Absolutely............... I keep a fluctuating "Juvenile Pen" that has all breeds & even both sexes as they grow. I do have to separate out at one point or another as I go along & they grow more but it works for several months & they workout their differences usually with little fanfare. I always try to intoduce new ones at night, especially if I only have one or two to add. When I have a whole new group that is big enough to go out there I add them all at once & I watch for any aggression towards them at first.

Good for you.........I still love the excitement of new chicks, or birds of any age as far as that goes. I am still smiling about my recent aquisition of Jeremy's Claude, Sophie & Rose......LOL. What a pleasure.

Morning Karen! I have 2 buff laced and 1 gold laced hatched so far and another one pipping, if it makes it, it's 4 for 4! This is really fun when you are hatching your own stock!

Karen, I'm glad they were able to go to a home where they will be loved.

Congrats on the new little ones Cheryl.

I'll have Blue and Splash Orpingtons by the 15th of this month, I'm so excited, these next few weeks are going to feel like an eternity.

I've been looking at pictures online of the Gold Laced Brahmas, I really like the deep gold color against the black lacing.

thanks, I was taking photos for the wheaten marans auctions I just listed and this little buff-laced got in the way. She looks to me like she's wearing a white boa!
