Anna have you called Oakland? I'd try there too, just to see. I had to call when they delived some hatching eggs 2 1/2 hours from me and called to say pick them up. I was on the phone fpr 4 hours and they were calling me at 6:30 am to tell me they were here. I had to call the number for clomplaints to get it done though.
The box of chicks is not in Oakland, yet, either, but they have my info and seemed very concerned/ responsive. The lady said if they come in to Oakland she will call me no matter what time it is.

That's always my fear when I order chicks that they are left to freeze on a PO dock somewhere!

Cheryl I had to deal with that when I lived in the Central Valley in the mid 80s. We had a huge flood when the levees failed and it backed up all the sewers. At least when it happened to us it stayed in the tubs, etc. Many of our neighbors weren't so lucky. They better clean it for you too!
